One Time Placement Fee Schedule

* Part Time is based on a work schedule of less than 36 hours per week.
Fees for temporary are based on the specific needs and length of time caregiver is needed.
**As of July 1, 2003, all fees are subject to the applicable sales tax of 7%. Please keep this in mind when submitting the initial application fee. Actual fee with tax would be $107.00
*As of May 15, 2001, the retainer fee is only applicable to the final fee for full time placements, minimum 36 hours weekly. Also, we will have a minimum of a $500 fee for part time placements.
As of July 1, 2003, late fees will be due of $25.00 each 30 day period of invoice due date and 5% interest on total balance after sixty days and each thirty day period thereafter.
