Ruth Hatfield is the owner of Nanny Placement Service, having started it in 1996. She has owned several businesses over the years, employing a variety of personnel in different types of positions. A giving, caring person, Ruth has raised many children in addition to her own children, both in her own home, and as a nanny for ten years. She clearly understands the needs and desires of a nanny or other caregiver, as well as what is necessary and desired when a family seeks to employ the best possible caregiver. Ruth cares greatly for the well-being of children and other people requiring care, and knows how to fulfill what a family and a caregiver are looking for.

Josh Maxey grew up in a large family and has been involved with children throughout his life in church and other outreach services. He has participated in several mission trips to other countries to help host programs for hundreds of children at a time. He has also traveled the country performing with a sign language choir to help entertain children that are deaf and blind. Josh’s employment history includes working as a Hamilton County Deputy Sheriff, in Central Operations at Fifth Third Bank, and for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Josh attended Southern State University and the University of Cincinnati studying business management.
