A giving and caring person, Ruth Hatfield has raised many children in addition to her own, both in her own home, and as a nanny for over 25 years. This experience has given her a good understanding of both sides of the coin, the nanny as well as the family, wanting to employ the best possible caregiver. This unique viewpoint, along with her deep concern for the well being of children, has helped Ruth master the task of matching each caregiver with just the right family. Her experience with business ownership over the years has taught her the importance of taking care in hiring personnel. Ruth wants to be sure each family is getting an honest, experienced, trustworthy nanny, and that each nanny is in a safe environment with a good family.
Josh Maxey, head of Nanny Placement's Dayton, Ohio branch, has also repeatedly demonstrated his caring for the well being of children throughout his life in church and other outreach programs. He has participated in several mission trips to other countries to help host programs for hundreds of children. He has also traveled the country performing with a sign language choir to help entertain deaf and blind children. Josh studied Business Management at S.S.U. and at U.C. True to his desire to help others, Josh worked for a time as a Hamilton County Deputy Sheriff. He also has experience in operations at Fifth Third Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, but his caring nature and love of children have led him back to the service industry and Nanny Placement Service, Inc.
